Hey! If you don't know what Graze is still you must not be a snacker. But anyway having some snacks sent to me weekly makes me happy. Because I don't always want to consume a real meal or be too full, in general. So the Graze snacks are in controlled portions and in my opinion that is perfect. Let me give you a little summary,

Graze definitely started in the UK and then they came to the US.

They send you snacks weekly and you decide what you like and whatnot. And it's only $5 per week, which I think is a great deal. I'm quite busy usually and I don't know how to cook and I enjoy healthy controlled snacks.
