Graze Box Review: May 2013 Nibblebox #8

Garden of England:

"mini strawberries: strawberry, apple juice concentrate, lemon juice concentrate, vegetable oil

blackcurrants: blackcurrants, apple juice concentrate, lemon juice concentrate, grapeseed oil

apple: apple, citric acid, ascorbic acid"

My Thoughts: The fruits are dried but they are almost sweet like syrup. Not like diabetes sweet but like natural fruit sweetness but in dried form. I'm getting the hang of the dried apples, beginning to really enjoy them. Strawberries are lovely like usual, I like them in all forms and sizes. Blackcurrants are like bitter black things. I do sort of like them though.

Bonnie Wee Oatbakes:

"cheese and chive oatbakes: oatmeal, cheese powder (suitable for vegetarians), olive oil, salt, chives

red onion marmalade: red onions, red wine vinegar, muscovado sugar, sugar, balsamic vinegar, black pepper"  contains gluten and milk

My Thoughts: I feel like when you have things for the second time, usually the thing you weren't sure about the first time does taste better. I like this so much more the second time I've had it. I have also grown to like the onion marmalade. The sauce taste like a nice sweet caramelized onion, which I appreciate. I'm happy that there were a bunch of oatbakes for dipping.

Honeycomb Crunch:

"milk chocolate coated honeycomb: milk chocolate (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, cocoa-butter, whey powder, soy lecithin, natural vanilla), sugar, gum arabic, shellac

raisins: raisins

almonds: almonds"  contains milk, soy and tree nuts

My Thoughts: My bad for the lighting but it's not like everyone snacks at normal times of the day. Mmm the milk chocolate covered honeycombs were very appealing and they also tasted great. They tasted really good with the almonds (I like them together). Plain almonds are great for you because they are awesome in protein but they are also very boring to me. Naked bland almonds male me sad but when I consume them with something else, they're great.

Lightly Toasted Pistachios:

"pistachios, salt" contains tree nuts

My Thoughts: Last but not least, the pistachios. These are pistachios and they are plain with just a touch of salt. I didn't care for them in reality I just don't give a fuck. I love pistachios I do but I don't want anymore of them from Graze. If I wanted some pistachios I'll find better and tastier ones from other brands.
