IPSY Review March Bag 2013

 So here I am with the IPSY March bag, and I've had it for about a week now but I just didn't feel like making a video or a post on it. I try to not spoil myself on the items but it's kinda hard when you're always online. I need to remember not to do that the next time around. Because I do enjoy that surprised feel. Well let's begin shall we?

Yaby Eyeshadow refills in Seashell and Azalea Petal: 3g ea. Value $6.30

Hmm, when I first took these two out of that bag I was like what in god's name are these things? Obviously I wasn't very excited. I was very unexcited to say the least. 

Juice Beauty Hydrating Mist Toner & Refresher: 1 oz Value $3.67

Juice Beauty products especially their apple peel is really good. I'm not really a fan of toners. I didn't have a toner in my regimen for years and years, my skin was glorious. Until I fucked up of course. I'll probably use this to "refresh" my skin instead of using it to "clean" my skin further. 

GlamRX Mini Freestyle Palette: ?

I've seen the original, when makeupbymel was talking about it months ago in one of her videos. It's interesting, sure. You can put your eyeshadow, highlighter, or a blush in that magnetic area. Which is convenient when you're going out and such. 

La Fresh travel-lite Makeup Remover Wipes: Value $1.99

I have tried the La Fresh Makeup wipes before and they work really well. They take off sunscreen, bb cream, foundation, basically anything on your face. I'm not sure about mascara  since I don't wear the stuff. I'm sure it'll work. 


In Conclusion: This month was alright. Last month, I obviously hated! Even though I totally hate some of the products I would say its worth more than the birchbox crap I have been getting. Would you rather get full size to travel size items or free samples you can just get at any department store? I also hate those stupid perfume samples from birchbox! 

 Birchbox is $10 per month and yeah that's super duper cheap but it's not like you're getting full size, fat "samples". You are basically paying for shipping. You are paying for five sample items you get get free at Sephora. When I think about deluxe size samples I think about travel size items. Birchbox doesn't give you that. I would rather pay for a subscription that gives me quality, full size items. I will not be renewing once my yearly subscription is up. 

Oh and I'll keep to Ipsy until they turn to shit as well.
