Influenster: Holiday VoxBox 2012

So I just received these in the mail around two days ago. I was sent these free from Influenster but in turn I do this mandatory survey and of course reviews. I'm always honest and everything is and always will be 110% my opinion. If you do have any questions about influenster, you can definitely comment below.

This isn't a review yet, but I will update on the products once I have used them for a while.

What I received:

Kiss Nail Dress $6.99 http://www.kissnaildress.com

What the card says: Ultimate nail fashion for tops and toes. Just peel, apply, and shape for a manicure that lasts up to a week. On in a minute, off in seconds without remover. Nail Dress is available in 21 different styles, many of them featuring 3-dimensional jeweled designs. Skip the top coat, Nail Dress has it built in.

My Thoughts: I don't know why but it seems like I always get the not so pretty designs. Like the designs are always so awkward looking. But I do have to admit the gold is quite pretty. Also the smell bothers me a lot. I don't really like the way it looks on my nails either, the sticker stripes are also quite big so when I applied them to my nails they actually kinda crinkle up. And I also realized that I am not that great at applying these things.

NYC New York Color Liquid Lipshine $2.49 http://www.newyorkcolor.com

What the card says: Keep your lips soft as ever with the NYC New York Color Liquid Lipshine. Its pure pigment ingredients create a 3-D gloss effect while vitamin e provides shine and moisture. Available in 10 onj trend shades from neutral nudes to berries and fuchsias.

My Thoughts:  I could honestly care less for lip gloss. Whenever I'm buying lip products, I don't even bother checking out the lip glosses because I don't care for them. This color is also a nude, I hate nude lips. They really freak me out.  But I'll try it for the sake of trying it out.

Montagne Jeunesse Face Masque $1.99  http://www.montagnejeunesse.com

What the card says: Montagne Jeunesse face masques have been a part of girl's lives since way back when. With a huge array to choose from these face masques are jam packed with the most delicious natural ingredients and are bursting with luscious juicy fragrances.

My Thoughts: I have the deep pore cleansing masque in Raspberry & Mango. I haven't tried it yet but it does look delightfully fun,

Eboost $1.40  http://www.eboost.com

What the card says: Eboost will boost your mood, focus, and immunity with natural ingredients and no crash.  As a shot or a easy to mix powder and in four flavors. You'll feel great whether you choose Orange, Pink Lemonade, Acai Pomegranate or Super Berry. And with all the hustle and bustle of the Holidays, you'll certainly need a boost!

My Thoughts:  I have tried Eboost before and it's absolutely wonderful. I'm a really large fan of vitamin c powders. My all time favorite from Eboost is actually the orange flavor. But it's good to expand your horizons every once in a while. The tastes of the pink lemonade flavor is quite sweet since there is stevia in it. There are so many great things in the Eboost powder drinks like zinc, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Niacin, and so much more.

Goody Quikstyle Paddle Brush  $11.99  Goody Quikstyle Brush

What the card says: Once again, Goody brings innovation to your hair routine! Go from wet to beautifully styled hair faster than ever! Super absorbent microfiber bristles removes up to 30% of water as you style. It's like a towel and a brush in one.

My thoughts: I like paddle brushes because they are so wide and big. I'm currently already using a boar brush that I'm really into. So in a way the boar brush and this quikstyle brush are around the same concept. Of making your hair really smooth and without the frizz. Cleaning the brushes are also very similar.  The only difference is the price, the quikstyle brush is a quarter of the price of the boar bristle.

Quaker Real Medleys Oatmeal+  $1.79 ea.  http://www.quakeroats.com

What the card says: Simply the best oatmeal ever - and you can enjoy it on the go! Whole grain oats, rye, barley and wheat are mixed with large chunks of real fruit & nuts in a convenient single-serve cup. Just add hot water or microwave and you can have a delicious breakfast anytime, anywhere.

My Thoughts: I'm quite hesitant to try this since I'm not a fan of instant food. Anyway, I currently have this right beside me. I used boiling hot water, I'm suppose to fill it to the black line but I didn't because I wanted a thicker texture. Let it "cook" for a few minutes than I added milk into the oatmeal and I let that "cook" for much longer. When I first smelled this it reminded me of sugar cereal. So that was quite pleasant, but when I saw the dried berries, the sight kinda threw me. I'm tasting it right now and it tastes so much better with the milk. But it still doesn't make me go like "Wow! It's so tasty." because it doesn't beat real oatmeal. My intestines are quite sensitive so this made it kinda upset. If you're the type of person that doesn't have time for a sit down meal and you already eat a lot of takeout, freezer meals, than this is for you.
